Gun Hei Fat Choi doesn’t mean happy new year. It translates to something along the lines of may prosperity be with you this coming year. Beginning on Feb. 19th, we will be entering the Year of the Sheep (goat/ram) and what a great year the Sheep will be.

2015, the year of the calm, gentle Sheep, is the time to heal after the chaos of 2014’s year of the Horse. If you feel like nothing went right last year, you were misunderstood, relationships and communication were off…well things are gonna change for the better! The sheep values intimacy, family and close relationships. It’s the time of kindness, acceptance, caring, love and an open heart.

The sheep is also the time to express creativity. If you have never been creative before this is the time to explore that side. Buy some water colors, take a dance class or an art class, break out the pen and paper and write or doodle! And if you have always been creative…well things will just get better!

The element/color of the 2015 sheep is wood/green- a symbol of spring and a symbol of growth and renewal. It’s a good year to make sure you are taking care of your health. February’s promotion is $15 treatments for people born in the year of the Sheep – these years are 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003 and 2015. If you were born in any of these years come in and show your ID for a discount. The exception of this promotion is Thursday, Feb. 19th. All treatments that morning just $10 no matter when you were born and this is for return and new patients. If you were born in a sheep year and already have a groupon or a buy 5 get one free from January do not fear…those do not expire.
